Phoenix Point

During the tutorial, you'll clear out the base and then go on a scavenging mission. This mission did not count for me. Once you have full control, you'll wander the geoscape, looking for scavenging missions. Look for a Vehicle Recovery mission. The only resource you need to find is the vehicle itself. Once you've attained the vehicle and evacuated it and all your allies, you'll complete the mission. The achievement pops after the loading screen, on the "Recovery Mission Over" screen.
