The easiest way is to steal Anu from the Followers. The rest have snipers, heavyweights and scouts. Anu has all melee or shotgun fighters, with the exception of Priests, but they are not that dangerous. Can be done from the start, even on Legend with a team of 4 fighters. (at the same time, Tiamat can be exchanged for Manticore in the mission "The Gift")
