Lamps are located around the crowd area during the menu screen and can be destroyed by firing your laser at them before selecting a game. The Lamps replenish after every game played and there are 24 Lamps in the arena between each game.

There are also around 70 lamps in the arena whilst playing a drawing game, so this can be more easily achieved during an actual game. Make sure you destroy each Lamp at every opportunity.
