Happened for me on the "Infinity Cool" map. Unsure if it can happen on the "Quacking the Ice" map. You need the base duck pack, "Placid Plastic Duck", enabled.
Eventually you'll get a cow-printed duck. After it spawns, a UFO will abduct it and drop an alien duck. When this happens, you'll get your achievement.
