It's the one with the flower pot on its head. IM not sure if mine ever got watered? I did it on the first map, not the one with the ice if that helps?

@Gillanaut, I found this while googling for more answers.

“Have the flower duck bloom after rain/snow, then wait for the bee duck to come close and fly (float) around it.”

This must be what my trouble is. It does need to be watered and bloomed into a flower first, then float by the Bee Duck. My attempts, the Flower Pot Duck never bloomed into a flower and stayed a stem with two leaves.

EDIT: Yes, this is the way. The Flower Pot Duck has to be watered by the rain/snow, bloom into a flower, THEN have the Bee Duck swim next to it. I just watched it happen and my Achievement finally unlocked.

Just to be clear, the Flower Duck is the green duck with the flower pot on its head, and not the blue duck with white flowers? Also, does the Flower Pot Duck have to get watered or bloom first? I’ve had both the Bee Duck and Flower Pot Duck bump into each other several times with nothing happening. It’s my last achievement and it’s bumming me out. Lol.
