Complete RNG, random achievement HOWEVER it features some of the most gameplay in the entire game!
Fastest way to do this is start a new game using only the Duck Addiction ducks and the Infinity Cool map, as it's smaller and will keep the ducks closer together.
From here you have to wait for the Tron Duck (aka Cyborg Duck) and the Invisible Ghost Duck to spawn. The Invisible Ghost Duck is actually invisible in the game, you'll know he's on your map when you are scrolling through ducks and come to a blank space.
Once you have both ducks on the map, press LB or RB until Tron Duck is selected. Press B to bring up your cursor, move it over him, and press A to enter his cyber view. This will put you into POV Mode where you're looking through his eyes, now you just need to hope the Ghost Duck drifts in front of him and gets automatically scanned.
If you've waited forever with no luck, a neat trick is to save and reload the game. All of the ducks that previously spawned will all drop one by one consecutively, sometimes putting the ducks you need to touch each other side by side.
Achievement unlocked!

I found it helpful to add a name to the ghost duck to know when it was close to the Tron duck. I did not have any other ducks named so it's name will just float around.

This can be done on any map and should be done after unlocking the ‘That’s All Ducks!’ Trophy. It is also completely RNG.
Focus your camera on the Cyborg/Tron duck with the L1/R1 buttons before hitting Circle to bring up your cursor.
Click the duck with your cursor and it should enter scanning mode.
Whilst in this mode, simply wait for a ghostly presence to be detected and then the trophy will pop!
