All credit goes to Morgothom on TrueSteamAchievements for this solution. I just copied the text to here because it’s way easier than the RNG method. I followed the solution below and got the achievement easily in a few seconds of rotating the camera. Obviously just use RB/LB to switch between ducks (instead of tab) and use RT to zoom in.
Morgothom’s solution:
Needs to be done on the Infinity Pool level.
There should be a golf ball somewhere in the Pool area.
Wait for one of the non-floating Duckys, like the Stone or the Metal one. Press "Tab" until your camera is focussed on the Ducky and use the scrollwheel to zoom in on the golf ball.
Camera has to be fairly close to the golf ball for the Achievement to unlock. Depending on the position of the Ducky, you might need to wait for a different one with a better position.

RNG based on where the duck decides to go. Basically you need the submarine duck to hit the golf ball sunk to the bottom of Infinity Pool. Like most achievements should come with time.

On the ‘Infinity Pool’ map, there is a golf ball near the bottom step of the main pool.
You need to unlock one of the ‘sinking’ ducks (I personally used the rock duck) and hope that it sinks close to where the golf ball is.
Fix your camera on the duck and zoom in, trying to angle your camera as best you can to the golf ball.
If you need your duck in a better position, you can quit to main menu and reload to get your ducks to respawn.
My trophy popped when the rock duck landed on the step itself, but right above the golf ball.
