The easiest way to get this is start a new game with only the Duck Addiction ducks selected and choose the Infinity Cool map as it keeps the ducks closer together.

And that's everything you can go to influence getting this achievement. At this point you need to wait for the Toy Duck and the Ship-in-a-Bottle duck to spawn. Every so often the Toy Duck deploys tiny versions of himself out of his chest that explode upon contact with another duck.

You have to hope these two ducks float near to each other, and the tiny Toy Duck hits the Ship-in-a-Bottle duck. This will cause it to explode and release the tiny ship inside, unlocking the achievement in the process.

If you've waited forever with no luck, a neat trick is to save and reload the game. All of the ducks that previously spawned will all drop one by one consecutively, sometimes putting the ducks you need to touch each other side by side.
