Replay Image: Select image number 1 in row 6.
Eventually, you'll come across a section where touching the green laser will trigger a series of crushing devices that you need to outrun. On the third crush device, you need to jump on top of it so you can get higher ground to jump across the gap on the right. Jump across the platforms near the lava and quickly run off the large rock floating on top of the lava because your body weight is causing the platform to sink into the lava. Keep heading right and you'll see some ladders, green lasers/switches, and red lasers. The green lasers are safe to touch but the red lasers will kill you, however, if you let yourself die to these red lasers the trophy will unlock.

There are at least two opportunities to unlock this achievement.
Replay: Row 6, Image 1
From “Running into Walls”, keep walking and you will emerge in a cavern with ladders, small green lasers and two giant red lasers. All you need to do is walk into the red laser to be killed.

If you missed your previous opportunity, after you unlock “Secret Pipe”, travel down a hole and use two spider eggs to flood the chamber. Swim to the right and then you will come to a switch. Flip the switch and jump on the platform to continue. Keep going right and you will come to a chasm with green mushrooms with red lasers intertwined in them. Instead of bouncing on the mushrooms to reach the other side, just fall off the cliff into the red laser to be killed.
