There is a speed limit , but to be honest … you have a lot of time before you go from gold to silver.
I have no idea if it makes a difference but I did change the time limit for answering to 20 seconds and I got around 5 seconds to answer to get a gold score. I don’t know exactly because I hesitated with one answer and because I thought I was too late for a gold answer just pressed a random button, a correct gold answer with 4,49 seconds.
You definitely do not have to rush at all !
