Ladybugs appear once you reach level 5 and you get 1 per level up. They are difficult to see, however in order to collect them you must tap the Ladybug via the . When you level up, take your time to look out for the Ladybugs, as you will not get another one until you level up again. This is best done as soon as you reach level 5, because the further you get into the game the longer it takes to level up. It has been reported that this trophy needs to be accomplished in one sitting. This should not prove too difficult, provided don't quit to the main menu or close the App.
