Every time a bird flies into your screen, you will need to touch it in order to scare it away. Simply do this 500 times.

The birds scared by Scarecrows & Dogs do count for this trophy; however it seems that not all "scares" are valid.

A workaround for this trophy does seem to have been found by leaving your game playing overnight, with Scarecrows & Dogs doing the work for you. I tried this method myself and woke up to the trophy. You need to ensure however that you do rubber band you Vita by either one of the sticks, or a shoulder button to stop the Vita screen from shutting off. It goes without saying that you also need to ensure your Vita is plugged into a power source.
