How to unlock the Versus vs Versus achievement in Plants vs. Zombies - Definitive Guide

Versus mode is 2-player co-op on the same console. Turn on a 2nd controller and choose sides. Once the game begins you can make player 2 forfeit, giving you a win. Repeat that 4 times. Alternately, you can play through it. It's quicker to use the zombies. Spawn the regular zombie and send him down a lane without any pea-shooters. Once he breaks through the defense the lawn mower will kill him. After the lawn mower is gone, spawn a football player and send him down the same lane. He will run all the way down and enter the house, you win! Repeat 4 more times for this easy achievement.

1. Once you unlocked VS Mode, go to it.
2. Plug in a 2nd controller and start up the game
3. As soon as the game starts, make the 2nd controller forfeit
4. Repeat 4 more times and achievement unlocked

Go into Versus mode with your two controllers, and simply quit the game with the 2nd controller. This will give you your first win.

Do this another four times and the achievement will unlock. This saves playing through five full games.

The easiest method to unlock this achievement is to use a 2nd controller. Go onto the VS game mode and use a 2nd controller to start up a game. Once the battle starts, press pause on the 2nd controller and forfeit the match giving player 1 the win. Repeat this process until you are on a 5 win streak and the achievement will unlock.

This requires 2 controlers. You just need to put both playing against each other and only play with one for 5 games.

Load up Versus mode with a 2nd controller. Then pause the game with the 2nd controller and click Concede Match. Repeat 5 times in a row. You must click Play again, when the game is finished, otherwise it will reset back to 0.

Go to Versus Mode, set the first controller to plants and the second controller to zombies, then select Quick Play.

Once the match has started, hit start with the second controller and select Concede Match. Once controller two has conceded, select Play Again. Rinse and repeat 5 times. MAKE SURE TO SELECT PLAY AGAIN, OR YOUR WIN COUNTER WILL BE RESET.
