On level 5-3 make your way to the bottom of the screen. Destroy the snow block below the cabin in the center and get the powerup at the bottom of the screen.
This power up freeze the enemys. While its in effect push an ice block into the center cabin directly above the powerup and another into the cabin to the left. That should be good for 8x. Quickly smash 2 frozen enemies to get 10x.
