In Spanish cities, resident satisfaction is elevated by default. More hospitals in cities means fewer illnesses and, as a result, increases in satisfaction. In every city, you can organize a holiday in the church (+10% for a short period of time). Combine with the Administrator trophy. If you first accumulate 30 fame points for 30 cities, there is a greater chance that 20 of them will automatically correspond to satisfaction. Spending fame points to own cities on a permanent basis is not necessary; save/load will do. We save, then spend points + take two trophies and reboot. We use points for other trophies, such as
" Panel of experts / Group of specialists " or as necessary.
