At the very beginning of a story-based game or company, we take 5 captain’s licenses, hire those same captains and put them on torgoviki (trade caravans) to swing. If we come across a task - a star on the shore for leveling up the captain, with the text “a hermit has come out of the thickets and is ready to give a lesson to your captain” - we use it. Great time saver.
