You need to be in the shooting range of a turret, but have a Hard-Light Bridge blocking the turret from shooting you. Then you have to dance (you can perform any gesture) and the achievement will unlock. The first time you can do this is Course 3: Hard-Light Surfaces Chamber 6. It's right at the beginning. Right at the start of test chamber 4.9 theres 3 turrets to your right and bridge to your left. Portal 1 at the end of the bridge and Portal 2 on the opposite pillar then just dance in front of the shielded turrents.

You must create a portal at its end point and then find a wall where you can block the lasers of the turrets. Then stand in view of the turrets and perform a gesture. The achievement says dance but I accidentally waved and got the achievement so it may be any of them (please confirm).

Can confirm any gesture works just fine and a level where you can do it right from the start that I can think of off the top of my head is Part4 chamber 9
