During act 5, you will progress through some metal scaffolding, and reach your first room, which is a conveyor belt control room, seen in the video. Just shoot 1 portal into the wall above the belt and another within the control office, and venture onto the first conveyor belt, that leads to the 2nd, higher leveled one. If done in time (you have a very generous amount of time), you will reach the 2nd conveyor belt, and see a perfectly functioning white turret. Pick it up with X, achievement will unlock.

The turret that you save here is also a source of easter eggs with some foreshadowing dialogue. To hear each of the turret's lines, drop and pick it up repeatedly (standing still, or as you continue around the walkways). It will also say when it's finished talking, and the lines do not repeat.

In Chapter 5 - The Escape, you will come across a conveyor belt with turrets going into the incinerator. As you run across the belt you will hear one of the turrets say "I'm different" and turret's eyes still active. Pick up the turret and the achievement should unlock.

Chapter 5: The Escape.
This is shortly after you jump on to the tube that spirals downwards, and then you get a loading screen. You will go through a door with a shield. You will have to shoot a portal above the moving walkway. Continue the same way the moving walkway is going and then jump on the vent to your right. Make your way to the other moving walkway and go in the opposite direction it is going. You will see a turret sideways on the moving walkway. Pick it up and the achievement will unlock.

The above video guide shared by Maka91 shows you exactly what you need to do, so I suggest following it. Although no one has mentioned which section of chapter 5 the Achievement can be obtained, most guys only say chapter 5.
You want the go to Challenge mode in the single player menu (Free DLC for Challenge mode) then scroll across to, ''The escape'', then down to mission ''Turret sabotage''. The conveyer belts for this achievement are at the start of this area.

In chapter 5 you will find yourself in an office. You can portal to a convener belt that will lead to a 2nd belt higher up. There you can hear and pick up a fully functional turret. All you have to do is pick it up, keep it for a while and it has some nice dialogue.

Partway through Chapter 5 you will reach an area where you have to portal from an office (Make a new save file here in case you miss it first time round) onto a moving conveyor belt carrying scrap pieces of metal including parts of scrapped turrets. Continue along this first belt until you get to some air ducts you can jump onto proceed onto the next moving conveyor belt. When on the second belt turn right and walk against the direction the belts going. You will come across a defective turret still in one piece and talking. Pick this little guy up for your Trophy.
There is a time limit on this. Easy to do in the time given, but don't leave the game running un-paused. If you do miss it load your last save game.
Lastly this guy has some funny stuff to say and is worth keeping hold of for a wee while.

In Chapter 5, you'll run on a conveyor belt with a bunch of trash. When you walk down the belt, you'll see a turret begging for help. Walk up to the turret, pick it up with
