Play the game as normal. Once you win your 100th competitive match (friendlies don't count), this trophy will unlock. Most people will find this trophy will unlock somewhere during their 3rd season. Progress towards this milestone can be tracked by going to the Hub menu 
and then Manager --> My Factfile and pressing
