You will gain the ability to perform finishing moves on enemies after getting the Ferai aspect in the Solum realm. Finishing moves can only be performed on the stronger type of enemies. You can do a finishing move on these enemies when you almost fully deplete their health. At this point, they will stop moving/attacking for a bit, giving you the opportunity to finish them off. Quickly press + to do so. If you did it right, then you will see a sort of red dust coming out of them while Jen finishes them. If you're not fast enough with the finishing move, they will regain some health and then start attacking you again, so try to be quick.

The earliest point in the game where you can start working towards this trophy is as soon as you encounter the first Ferai enemies, which will be found on your way to The Necropolis, shortly after meeting The Shaman in the Hunt Camp.

Simply perform a finishing move on 50 of these enemies to unlock this trophy. 50 enemies isn't a lot in this game since there is at least a couple hundred of them throughout the whole game. You will almost certainly get this trophy towards the end of the Solum realm.

Note: This trophy is "missable" if you continuously use the "Easykill" cheat - "missable" in the sense that you won't get it naturally if you play the entire game with the aforementioned cheat enabled. In the unlikely case that you miss this trophy during your first playthrough of the game, make sure the "Easykill" cheat is deactivated, then go to Scene Select and select "9. Talk with the Shaman", which will start the game from the moment you meet The Shaman in the Hunt Camp.
