Primal

Energy Gems are small diamonds that glow in multiple colors in the distance. They will automatically replenish Jen's primal Energy bar as soon as it's entirely depleted. They can be found on the ground, on ledges, inside chests, or inside breakable objects. Whenever you find one, have either Jen or Scree pick it up by pressing next to it. Note that you can see how many Energy Gems you currently have at any time either by holding and looking at the diamond-shaped symbol near the compass, or by bringing up the Pause menu (which can be done by pressing the right side of the Touchpad while in-game). The picture below shows what an Energy Gem looks like:

The very first Energy Gem in the game (which is shown in the picture above) can be found soon after receiving the Ferai aspect in the Solum realm. You'll need to jump up a high ledge and go to the other side of a locked gate in order to pull a lever to let Scree in. After doing that, continue down the path through a tunnel until you emerge from it. You'll see an archway in front of you, go through it and you'll fight a few enemies. When you're done, have Scree go to the right (from the archway) where you'll see an Energy Stone. Next to it will be a wall that you can climb on. Climb up this wall and you'll see the Energy Gem at the end.

To get this trophy, simply let an enemy hit Jen until her primal Energy bar is entirely depleted. At this point, provided you have at least 1 Energy Gem, she will use an Energy Gem to fully restore her Energy bar (which will be automatically done by the game, you needn't press any button to do this), at which point this trophy will pop.

Note: This trophy is "missable" if you continuously use the "Invulnerable" cheat - "missable" in the sense that you won't get it naturally if you play the entire game with the aforementioned cheat enabled. Please click HERE for more information on this as well as how to prevent such a thing from potentially occurring.

In the unlikely case that you miss this trophy during your first playthrough of the game, make sure the "Invulnerable" cheat is deactivated, then go to Scene Select and select "8. Interrupting Herne's ritual", which will start the game from the moment you receive the Ferai aspect, then follow the directions above to get to the Energy Gem.
