Immediately after you get the Duke's sword from the Village Square, you will automatically go to the graveyard where you will complete the Duke's burial and get the Wraith aspect (and the trophy) in the process. To switch to the Wraith aspect, press at any time (except while underwater).

Advantages of the Wraith aspect:

• It's the only aspect that lets you dodge during combat and can be useful for evading enemy attacks and then countering from the side if performed at the right time. Moreover, this ability does not use Wraith Energy, so you can use it as much as you want.
• It's the only aspect that lets you slow down time, which will be required to get past certain doors in the Aetha realm as well as the Oil Falls in the Volca realm. The only downside to this ability is that it uses Wraith Energy. Fortunately, you'll only have to use it a handful of times throughout the game, so you won't end up wasting a lot of Wraith Energy.
• You can strike enemies from a short distance with Jen's whip attack (), which can stun them for a brief time. This ability can be useful to prevent a certain enemy from attacking you while damaging them at the same time. It is also useful against shielded Wraith Guards since they won't attack you until you get very close to them, thus allowing you to repeatedly use this ability on them without being attacked if you want.

Disadvantage of the Wraith aspect:

• It requires a bit more Energy in order to replenish your Wraith Energy bar.
