How to unlock the Invincible achievement in Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands - Definitive Guide

I found this youtube video on the net. You would have found it as well by typing "forgotten + invincible" on youtube.

All credits go to Achievement Hunters/Rooster Teeth for making this video!

If you fail to unlock this achievement, you can try over and over again as many times as you want by loading the last checkpoint from the main menu, and as long as you don't start a new game.

If you want to be sure, once you get to the final boss fight, you'll get a checkpoint. Dashboard out, and copy the save game + back up files to a memory unit or USB stick. That way, if you would accidentally press "New Game" in the menu, you can always get that last checkpoint back and will save you from many hours of redoing a new playthrough.

EDIT: Since recent dashboard update, you can also copy those files (save game + back up) to Microsoft's Cloud Area, which means you don't necessarily need MU or USB. But, you need to turn this on through your console's settings.

Any suggestions to improve this guide are welcome.

Thanks for voting thumbs up if this guide was helpful.

Good luck!

Thanks for linking the vid, got it on the third try. Would have gotten it on the first, but the stone armor popped a fraction of a second to early for me to react.

This one is a bear. I've probably tried this 50 times. It's been years though. I'll get out the old 360 and give a whirl smile

It IS the solution from the Achievement Hunters. Official link found here: http://achievementhunter.com/archive/?id=1369

And maybe if you'd look on their site www.achievementhunter.com, you'd see that Achievement Hunter and Rooster Teeth are linked to eachother.

Now that you know this, maybe you can change your negative vote to positive vote? The solution did help you, right?

This achievement can be quite challenging... UNLESS you have the stone armor! You should be able to max out the stone armor by the end of the first playthrough (in fact, if properly done, no multiple playthrough is necessary to obtain 1000 gamerscore). Just save some blue orbs (forgot the name) before the final battle, have the stone armor on all the time during the confrontation. If you know what to do with the boss, you can defeat him before running out of the blue orbs.
To be safe, you may wait in the earlier portion of the battle, which is easy to dodge. Getting hit with the stone armor on does not affect the achievement. Make sure not to get hit when the stone armor wears out (before you put it back on).

Not as hard as it seems, really.

First of all, hits that you might get before earning Eye of the Storm, do NOT void this achievement. That is, all the way jumping on vultures and fighting monsters until you get to the final boss.

With stone armor maxed out and having saved all the Power (blue) orbs as possible, you can get to the final blow before running out of them.

Then get to know what to expect from the boss moves, so you don't waste and activate the armor when he's not attacking or before the previous spell has worn out.

Before the last blow he'll back off and then you just have to jump on 2 more vultures before the cinematic takes place and the achievements pops.

If my explanation in this solution helps you in any way, please leave it a thumbs up to let me know. Thanks!

De nada. This was written almost 6 years ago and to be honest they are just words for me now. I can't recall their meaning, nor most of the game or even this boss. I'm glad I've helped someone though smile

THIS TROPHY IS MISSABLE!

Before attempting this trophy make sure you have upgraded the ‘Stone Armour’ ability to level 4 aswell as upgrading the energy slots to level 4.

Your objective is to hit the yellow medallion on his chest to get his life down. The fight is pretty easy & with the stone power ability activated it means you won’t lose health if you get hit, therefore I recommend you it straight away as soon as the fight starts. Follow some tips below to see how to evade being hit further:

– When he swings his arm from left to right move to the back of the platform or roll on the floor. I believe there is a gap under his arm so rolling evades this.

He will punch the ground at a number of points through the fight. Whichever arm he raises he will slam down leaving the medallion open on the opposite side. So if he slams his right arm head to the left side to attack the medallion and vice versa.

At certain points he will strike lightning down at where you're standing, simply roll away or just keep running to avoid being hit.

There will also be enemies that spawn throughout, simply attack them as normal making sure you have the stone power ability activated.

Once his life gets near to the end another section will begin. Simply complete this part to end the battle and earn this trophy.

In fact, the trophy is not to be missed. If by chance you get damaged at the end of the battle and are not swept away, it doesn’t matter. After the end of the credits, just click "Next" the game will load right before the battle with the Boss and you can try again .

It's simple. The main thing is to pump up stone armor from the beginning of the game.
