When you finish the sneaking mission, Teets challenges you to a fight in the shower room. Simpily defeat him, then a quick time event starts. You need to first press X repeatedly, then Y repeatedly, then, B repeatedly and finally A repeatedly and the achievment unlocks. This is also an easy fight to get 'The Best Defence...' achievment.
