How to unlock the Swole achievement in Prison Break: The Conspiracy - Definitive Guide
The weight benches can be found to the right of King (the guy in the yard that does tattoos and arranges fights) . To use the weight bench all you do is mash on the Y button to lift the weights, it also tells you to keep the bar balanced using the thumbstick but you dont have to use that as it never tips over .
If you have a turbo pad , activate the Y button on it and go about your own business and come back after 10 mins (i used this method and it worked)

You can do this during chapter 1. I got this straight after your first fight with t-bag in the yard. The weights are next to the punching bag and are kind of hard to miss.
To pop it you must accumulate 10 minutes of weightlifting time. Easy enough to do, so I thought I'd test a theory which was to just lay there with the weights on your chest and just wait for 10 minutes but that doesn't work. You have to actually lift for the whole 10. But as the other guides say you don't have to do that all in one go, I just chose to, so I got it out of the way.
Any suggestions on how to better this guide just comment.
