During chapter 9 you will chase mannix through the sewers and then onto the roof tops. Eventually an action cut scene will happen and you will be required to press the buttons when prompted.
After you finnish the action sequence you will get a vid of burrows getting away and you will start to fight mannix. At this point the cheevo should pop up
