This achievement simply requires you to complete 10 years of the Master League mode using one team. If you're trying for the other achievements (like Conquered Europe and World Champions) you'll have already completed at least one season, maybe more. For the seasons still left, just simulate the remainder of your matches to save time. This can be done by selecting the coach option before you begin a match.
This is the fastest method and you'll still be putting several hours in to it. It's boring and requires you to press the A button.. a lot.

all seasons do not have to be played in highest division if u get relegated to division 2 the entitlement stilll pops after 10 short seasons

This is a very long trophy. After you've got all of your trophies for Master League, this should be your last trophy to get in Master League, to make things quicker/faster just 'Leave to Coach' until season 10.
