I earned by playing a majority of the games for two teams in my first Become a Legend season. I was playing on beginner, making it extremely easy to score goals and assist other players. There's no sense in playing this game on any other difficulty unless you're trying to make things more challenging. Anyway, I selected my nationality as English, though I imagine you could choose any nation that routinely plays in the World Cup, like Brazil, France, Spain, Italy, Argentina, and the like.

As long as you consistently score and earn a good rating for each match you play (I averaged a 7.96 over the course of 30 out of 38 games). Again, you do this by earning goals and assists (I had 95 goals and 13 assists). I recommend playing 5 minutes halves.

I don't think you need to play in this many games or be this prolific, but it certainly doesn't hurt. You might as well have some fun trying to slog through the season.

At the end of the regular season you should be selected to play for the national team in the International League Cup. You won't start, but you should be brought in to play some time in the second half. Once the match is over the achievement will pop.

Incidentally, this is a good way to play in a few different stadiums that don't typically crop up in regular season play, either in Become a Legend or Master League. This should save you a little time so you don't have to play too many exhibition games. The stadiums are: Stade de France, Estadio de Pelenque, El Monumental, Santiago Bernebeu, and Saitama Stadium 2002.
