To unlock this achievement, you need win EVERY SINGLE match. I tried a complete season without lose (some draws), but, the achievement didn´t pop up.
After a new entire season winning all matches, I finally won the achievement.
You can simulate matches without problems.

All you have to do is, win all the matches in Master League, 61 Wins, 0 Draws and 0 Loss.
