Play the game on beginner and dribble without holding turbo. The computer will not be able to get the ball away from you. They don't even try to get the ball away from you. If you want you can start a UEFA champions league on beginner and do this for the first ten matches.

You can get this and the 'Gentleman' trophy at the same time, its not that hard, just pass to the defenders and goalkeeper, keep passing 
for 'Possession Play' and don't foul for 'Gentleman'.
