Edit your chosen opponents ability/stats (I used one of the unlicensed teams in D2), so they all read 1 abillity point except for Aggression, put this to 99 so tackles & potential fouls will be more opportune. I edited every player from GK to reserve CF, you may choose to edit the first 11 only but beware that the CPU will make substitutions, edit formations & so on.
Choose exhibition, Player vs CPU. All free-kicks must be scored against the AI. A 2nd player, 2nd controller active, BAL, Online; none of this will count towards the achievement. I recommend setting the AI difficulty to Professional, any lower & successful tackles will be less frequent. Selecting a side I chose Real Madrid, select your edited opposition and let the match begin.

Now obtaining the FK will require patience but with your player Hold RT and softly dribble the ball outside the box, luring players towards you, inviting tackles & hopefully fouls. Be patient, it will vary from many FK's in a row to 1 a match, just stick with it as you only need to score 5. Once you're awarded a FK you should be -25m from the goal making scoring incredibly easy.

To score use Ronaldo, his accuracy, power is second to none. I didn't change the FK method, but on calling a 2nd player I found I'd score all the same. To score, allign the Shot towards the Keepers shoulder nearest the goal post. Once you've done this Hold LT and UP on the D-Pad and just press X so the power bar will not exceed the first blue quadrant. This should see the ball rifle into the back of the net and you have scored yourself a free kick.
For the goal to count you need to finish the match, whether it's in 90mins or ET. I would also suggest exiting to the Top Menu so the system data is saved and your hard work is not lost, then play another exhibition match and get this achievement.

Well this will be easy, go to edit select a team you will play against, and edit all the players, decreases all the skills, let alone of aggression, and tb decreases the size of the players leave the smallest possible! Once done, choose the edit milan player with everything Pirlo at most, create a game in a professional manner and 20 minutes ... below is another solution on video! good luck! credits to the creator of the video

Become a Legend doesn´t count.
Deflections will count.

Edit the stats of all your players to the Maximum and your opponent´s stats (+ goalkeeper) to the lowest and make their height as short as possible (148). You should also put the defenders aggression up and play on a higher difficulty to get fouled more often.

You have to finish the whole match - do not quit.

LG 360 bayb has done a great job explaining the solution, I only want to offer some further advice on how to win a freekick.

I found the best method was to sprint past the opposition defender (about 30-35yards out), and then release the sprint button and slow down to a jogging pace about 20-25yards out to let the defender start to catch up with you.

Just before they pull up along side you, feint to shoot (press the pass button during the shot gauge), and usually the defender will lunge in and conceed a free kick. Sometimes I won 3-4 freekicks a game, other times I didn't win one freekick - stick with it, and after just a handfull of games you should have earned enough chances to score your 5 goals.

I also found Xavi and Sneider to be excellent at scoring from 20-25yards.

It took me 7 freekicks to unlock this, so keep going even if it doesn't unlock after 5.

I can't make the game any less broken, but hopefully I can make this achievement a little more bearable; instead of manually reducing every players attributes, you can edit just one player, then use a base copy of that player to replace the rest of your squad.
