Get a powerful club like Barcelona, R.Madrid or Chelsea (yes Chelsea is powerful with the latest squads). Start at D2 League. There will be lots of small clubs with low quality players. Just skip matches, but try to choose players with high form before every match and have a tactic like 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 to cover defence too. You will probably win the D2 and earn the achievement. It will take an hour most.
