You have to win 10 matches in a row. A draw in a cup-match counts if you win in Extra Time.

I you want to get three achievements(Perfect 10, Possession play and Gentleman award) in two hours, you can do what I did in Master League.
First select a team of your choice (it doesn't matter if it's Barca or Rubin Kazan). Play in Beginner difficulty with 5 minutes-matches.

Just start playing the matches and change between these two tactics.
1. When you are at home: Just run with the player back to the keeper and wait for half-time (the computer will not pressure you or take the ball away from you). After half time, run around the pitch with the players without touching the pressure buttons (A and X) and force them to lose the ball to you. When you get the ball, run to their goal and score. After you've scored just do the same, except that you take the ball to the keeper when you get the ball and wait for full time.
2. When you are away: Start by running around the pitch with the players without touching the pressure buttons (A and X) and wait for them to lose the ball to you. When you get the ball, keep the ball in your half until it's almost half-time. Then run to their goal and score. If you've timed it well, the referee will blow his whistle right after you've done that. After half-time, you just run back to your goalkeeper and stand still until full time.

Just keep playing matches until you've played 10 matches, then the three achievements will pop right after the 10th game. Remember to not tackle anyone or go in offside. Do this and you'll do this easy, I did all this in my first try.
