Play with Barcelona and buy Ibrahimovic from AC Milan and C. Ronaldo from Real Madrid. Then you have to simulate/play all the matches until the last match in November (Week 4:2/2). After you've finished that game, you will see a different loading screen and then the ceremony with Messi, Ronaldo or Ibra winning the title. Not too hard, takes only 1 hour.
