Not all missions will allow you to get a trophy, since in most of them the clash with the military is a plot component. This is easiest to achieve in missions for the military, where the chances of entering into conflict with them are reduced to zero. The main thing is to act more carefully during the battles while completing the mission, make sure that the military and equipment do not fall into the crosshairs before firing, and also avoid absorption and transformation actions when the yellow indicator is lit in the lower left corner of the screen, i.e. in their field of vision.
