The Punchy Target minigame is found in the very first mind you enter, Basic Braining, at the start of the second area of it. You must keep completing the minigame until you have completed it in all iterations.

At the beginning of the second area in Coach Oleander's mind, there is a punching mini-game. The punching mini game has around 5 stages and as you get farther into the stages, it will become more difficult. Beat all of the stages in the mini-game to unlock this trophy.

The game is in the coach's mind, in the second arena of basic training. To get the trophy you need to finish the game 5 times, when you are at the final stage you will need to score 50 points in 75 seconds. Reaction trophy.
