Story Related, cannot be missed.

After combining your brain with Coach Oleander's you will begin the final level of the game, Meat Circus. This is infamously known as the hardest level in Psychonauts but has been toned down dramatically in the Remaster. The first segment of the level will have you protecting the child version of Oleander from the monsters in the area, you must allow him to catch his pet bunny using Telekinesis in order to progress through the next part of the level. There are four parts of this protection segment and if you die, then you have to restart from the beginning of the segment. After this segment you will have to do some platforming before fighting one of the three bosses in this level. After this boss you will encounter your father, who must be fought after you complete another platforming segment. After this fight, the previous two bosses will fuse with each other to make the final boss of the game. The trophy will unlock once you defeat the final boss.

Boss Tips:

The first boss, the Butcher is very easy. Block his attacks using shield until he swings his knife towards the ground, causing it to get stuck in the ground for a period of time. During this time climb his arm and attack him on his head to deal damage. Repeat until he is defeated. The second boss, Flaming Butcher is even easier. Though you can't block his attacks or climb up his arm, wait until Raz's father throws a flaming pin on the ground. Use Telekinesis to throw it at the Butcher and damage him. Repeat until you have won. The final boss can only be damaged when you are "large", because then you are free to attack him relentlessly until you are small again. When small, use your Shield to avoid taking damage until the meter to get big again has charged back up.
