There are a total of 8 merit badges in the game, most of which you will receive through playing the game. Here are a list of all of the merit badges and how you can obtain them:

Basic Braining: Obtained after completing Coach Oleander's Level

Oarsman: Obtained from Sasha after reaching the "Thorn Tower" (during second visit) in the Brain Tumbler Experiment

Marksmanship: Obtained after completing Sasha's level

Levitation: Obtained after completing Milla's level

Shield: Obtained from lungfish after freeing them from prison during Lungfishopolis

Clairvoyance: In the fridge at the start of the Milkman Conspiracy level

Confusion: In Black Velvetopia, go see Dingo in his apartment before obtaining all four cards and challenging the boss.

Pyrokinesis: Reach Psi Cadet Rank Level 10

Telekinesis: Reach Psi Cadet Rank Level 20

Invisibility: Reach Psi Cadet Rank Level 30

Obtain all of the above merit badges to unlock the trophy.
