Easiest way to unlock this achievement is by waiting on the plane until the very last second, as it will kick all AFK players out of the plane and they will land near the edge of the map, allowing for very easy kills. Otherwise, this achievement will unlock very early through natural progression of the achievements.

This will be for killing your first enemy. Just 999 to go!
If you down an enemy in Duo or Squad and a teammate finishes them, you receive credit for the kill. If an enemy kills the enemy you downed, they will receive credit for the kill.
Note: This achievement is retroactive from Game Preview.
