This achievement is a easy one.

When you walk through the campaign you will met lots of enemies who want to kill you. When you defeat the enemy you can walk further.

Sometimes you will see a jaildoor with a lock on it when you killed a enemy for the first time at a place. This is a locked dungeon!

You have to unlock 10 of them to get this achievement. It's all pretty easy. You just have to play a small and easy minigame to unlock the dungeon.

A dungeon is a place where enemies will respawn everytime. So a dungeon is made to train your fighting skills and gain some gold and experience.

If you want to get all awards in the game (for the achievement) you need to find and unlock every dungeon. This is not hard at all but If I where you I would complete every dungeon right after you see them.

Most areas will have a Dungeon which can be identified by a padlocked prison style door when it is locked. Play and complete the mini game and you will unlock it. You should be able to unlock this in a city just after visiting an island, if you unlock all the dungeons you find along the way.

I am not 100% sure on this but I think it unlocked for me on 11th unlock. You get an award (check the menus) for each unlock and I already had 10, it unlocked once I collected the 11th. So if you get 1 award another way it should also unlock for you on the 11th award.
