How to unlock the Life is full of small challenges achievement in Quantum of Solace - Definitive Guide

You earn credits after every multiplayer match completed based on your score for that round. I personally played the Golden Gun game mode, since it's a fast game and easy to get points on if you are good at it.

In Golden Gun, your credits awarded at the end of the match are equal to 10x your match score, so if you win a Golden Gun round with the score to win (100), you will get 1000 credits.

is it accumulative or do you have to have that much at one time.

This will come over time, I personnely found team conflict the most profitable but a few other people find the golden gun mode better for them, Just play the mode you like and keep at it, GOOD LUCK.

The best way to boost credits is to play Golden Gun mode with three others. Take it in turns to get 16 kills each (as 17 kills ends the match.) You will get 920 credits per match.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE

Credits, the in game currency, are earned through general online play. They are awarded for enemy kills and in game objective completion. In my experience, the two best games in which to score credits in large quantities are Territory Control and Golden Gun. Golden Gun in particular can yield high scores if you are good enough and manage to hold onto the gun for any length of time.
