This is easiest done on the recruit difficulty, when you start the game you already have the pistol equipped, just take your time and aim for the head, you can also use the saf .45 you pick up at the start of the game try changing the fire ratio to single shot (press up on the d-pad), you should get this achievement by about half way through the second level.

This is best done on the Recruit difficulty, as the enemies have less health, etc. Remember that you can set the SAF 45. to single shot only, making this that much easier. Aim for the head and shoot away. Happy hunting.

Kill 50 men with a single shot apiece. Headshots are the order of the day here, and thankfully are not that hard to pull off. Take every opportunity that arises to pick them off. You should really be getting in the habit of going for headshots more often than not, as it is the most economical way of dispatching a group of enemies.

To defeat an enemy with one shot, you must head shot them. This should come easily throughout the story. If you are having trouble, when you are in cover, take your time shooting at an enemy. Aim at there head and don’t go out of cover unless you know you will shoot them in the head.
