8 players is ideal so no random person screws the session up. While playing Golden Gun, there is a glitch that occurs when the player with the golden gun is killed and drops the gun and then another player comes by and picks it up too quickly and the game doesn't register that person having the golden gun, even though they may physically have it. You can tell when somebody picks up the golden gun and there is no "flash" or when somebody picks it up and you press "Back" and everyone is on the same "team". This can be avoided by waiting until the golden gun glows once or twice, then you can pick it up. Doing this really helps boosting sessions get the most out of a single match.

just got this achievement today and ive only had the game about a week.

play golden gun mode in multiplayer. the best maps that i found were spa because if u go in a narrow hallway or room i normally would take out 2 or 3 enemies at a time. and rooftops because there was one rooftpop not to sure where it was located where theres only one way up so u just sit up there and kill whoever climbs up.

also you have like 1000 shots in the golden gun so dont be afraid to shoot a like crazy. and i never used the zoom button or LT just fire from the hip in your enemies direction and you should kill him.

Golden Gun Mode Multiplayer

Tip: When using the Golden gun don't zoom and shoot at the ground or walls near your enemies. The bullets explodes so let them do their job, don't try to get headshots on this one.

If you have a hard time killing the player that holds the golden gun, try using grenades or proximity mines to get him. When you throw a proximity mine beside a player it won't explode if he doesn't move, but you can shoot it to make it go off. For hard to reach places, stay out of sight of the gun holder, throw a proximity mine the closest to his position possible and shoot it. Grenades can do the trick too, I never used them but got killed a couple of times by them while holding one of these hard to reach places.

I think that every map has it's best spots. Here's one of my favorite spot:

Construction Yard: Get the golden gun, climb the latter near it's spawn, get behind the set of walls in front of you in the middle of the roof and always keep moving from one side to the other of this wall, don't expose yourself stay behind that wall. There are only two spots to cover since there's only two latters to get up there, where you came from and the other side where there is a container. I got a 17 kill streak on this map.
