8 Seconds with Style
Kill all enemies in Trachea without dying.
This is best done on Easy difficulty because you're riding a Granula which is pretty fast moving and enemies will die easier on Easy. In the first area you come across 3 turret positions. Whenever you see that button alert at the bottom of your screen it means you're approaching one of these positions. The first position has two turrets and a floating red exploding core in between them, shoot the red core to destroy both of them with your MG. The next position has 1 turret and a core beside but you pass it very quickly so I suggest using the Rocket Launcher. The 3rd position has 3 turrets and 2 cores spread in between them, I suggest using the rocket launcher again and aim right in the middle to blast both cores at once.
After that you'll come to a new area and you can immediately lockon to 2 of those flying birds and kill them with you MG. Turn around and more birds will appear, about 5-6 of them so make sure you get them all. You'll be coming upon a platform with 5 soldiers on top next, you can either shoot the red exploding sacs on the ground or use the Rocket Launcher. I use the Launcher for everything since there's enough ammo. You'll circle around the back and come upon a 3rd platform with 3 guys, then a 4th platform with 2 Brutes and 2 soldiers and finally the last platform has 3-4 soldiers, 2 brutes and a turret. Try to get all the soldiers first so that none of them will man the turret.
After killing them all, the next area is free of enemies but you have to shoot Stained Glass Panels as you move on or it'll damage you and might even kill you. You get off at the 3rd area where more enemies are but they should be easy as you can hide behind cover here. Use the Revenant to save your MG ammo.
Finally, you'll proceed to the last fight with the Gargantua boss. Shoot him with everything you got but reserve the MG for when he opens his mouth so that you don't take alot of damage. Once you defeat the boss this trophy should unlock.

Ok using the 2 guides by don manolito & pharohfred as your reference material for this awful achievement I feel there are 2 things that should be mentioned that have not:
1 - Do not hit start then retry at the beginning if you mess up, return to the title screen then load up stage 6 again via stage select, you may as well do a couple of practice runs to learn where to aim the reticule ahead of time & exactly where the enemies will be.
2 - This is the most important part, in the options turn subtitles on & if you have cleared an area of all enemies Syd will say something like "need more enemies to kill" or "area clear". I believe these lines only trigger if you have killed everything up until the point you are at, so if by the end you're not seeing/hearing these then you probably missed something. (There are other lines he says, just as long as he says something you're fine)
Also the 3rd set of turrets CAN be killed w/ just 1 rocket but you need to aim dead centre at the middle turret w/ rocket.
Another thing of note, crawl towards the front of the thing you're on at the start, it's easier to hit stuff.
Attempted this 20+ times & did 5 full run throughs of the lvl before it popped.
In general I'd say the hardest part are the 3 turret sections as the last 3 can be really hit & miss.

If you're playing on easy difficulty, you can allow yourself to auto-aim on your enemies, making it easier to aim and hit (useful on turrets and vulture-things; on hard difficulty, the auto-aim is disabled). For me, it took me like several tries on hitting all of the turrets on the last part of the beginning; the rest of them I did just fine. The video by KingSuperOne helped me out.

Also want to make sure you kill that little spiky creature on the bridge that falls apart right before the boss. A couple times he exploded before I could shoot and kill him and I'm guessing it prevented the achievement from popping those few times.
