Kill the Dreadnought on Hard in 2 minutes or less.
For this achievement you have to defeat the Dreadnought in scene 10-2 in under 2 minutes on hard.
Its pretty easy, just hold LB to throw Filena at him. Then wait until the indicator in the bottom right corner switch from yellow to blue and trow her again.
Repeat this 3 more times and he is finished.
