Pincer movement is the easiest operation. Simply send your 2 Pershings to the Italian base along with several infantry to capture everything and in case the AI puts out a anti tank bunker. Capture everything and that base is yours.
Then all I did was the same for the Germans, except I made 5 tanks.
I made a few planes to make things easier to mop everything up and take out the enemy planes.
You also have to capture all the enemy supply points. This would have takes a lot less time if I had realized that. They turn clear from red when you take out the headquarters, but they still need to be either captured or destroyed.

I found Operation Maginot Line the easiest operation in the game, Credit for the video goes to TWTHEREDDRAGON. The only thing i would recommend doing different then the video is to build all your bunkers and place your units on the other side of the forest, so the side your base is on.

start up an 1 vs 1 or 1 vs all or coop operation and complete the primary objective. (achieve victory) The most easy one is Pincer movement (1 vs all) Rush with your lee tanks to the right and destroy the HQ over there. Build an infantry and tank base on the right. Build 4 supply depots as well. Start tanks and infantry and rush on the other HQ. Once both HQ's are captured or destroyed achievement will unlock.

I found the easiest mission to do this on was the very first listed one, "Anzio" in "1 vs 1". The tactic I used which I found from a very helpful youtube video (will link below) was to basically rush the enemies base as fast as possible. I was able to have it done within 7minutes and 37 seconds.
Firstly, build a supply depot to the closest one on the left of your base, then the 2 on your right, and build an armoured (tank) base in the very middle of the map. Use the RUSE that hides buildings on your HQ area and the area which you build the armoury. After this, move your Anti-tank guns into one of the forests to the supply depot in the middle area of the map on the left side, so they can take out any sneaky enemy tanks, and put your wolverines by the armoured base to protect it.
As soon as you can, just start building Medium Tanks - Lees as fast as possible and send them all straight forward to take out the enemies infantry base, otherwise it'll slow you down, at this point you'll be able to build yourself 10+ Lee's, so just build one after the other over and over, and as you are, go straight up and start rushing your tanks through the town/bridge that leads up to the enemy HQ, taking out all the enemies units and buildings you can.
Meanwhile, build 5-6 Lees and make them flank the enemy base on the left side of the map so you can go around and take out the enemies reinforcements/supply depots/buildings as the main force is occupied with your main tank force, give a few minutes and if done correctly you should be able to take out all the buildings/units nicely alongside the HQ, so just finish off any remaining units to finish off the game.
