There are 4 roads leading to Kasserine which can for the most part be guarded by splitting your Anti Tank units into two teams. The first team of two AT and two infantry should take up position between the hill and the river. The second team of three AT and three infantry can defend the two roads on the opposite side of the village from the river.
Use your the RUSEs when prompted and you should finish this level relatively unscathed. The attack that comes from the bridge over the river is the last enemy push. Keep an eye on the bridge (the game warns you anyway) and swing the AT units around to deal with the final threat.
Remember to place infantry in front of the Anti-Tank units for protection.
