In Solo Race mode, turn on qualifier, set difficulty to Semi-Pro.
You will have to beat a set time based on the car you select.
You can retry if you fail the first time.
I did my best runs on Brands Hatch in the Radical.
I suggest starting on Novice, winning that achievement, then working your way up, since they aren't stacked.
