You have to play the Game in 1 Sitting there is no Save or Something so you will loose your Progress if you Quit out.
This should come normally.
In order to get a higher Combo you have to shoot the Red Blocks they will sometimes appear on a Level... I got to 8X on my Recording... You see your Combo at the Bottom.
