Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic

An easy trophy and one I personally found funny to get. Set up a deathmatch game on any map and have someone play with you on your team against one enemy AI. All you have to do is defeat the enemy whilst your teammate has hold of him.

Get your teammate to pick up the enemy using the button and get them to move the enemy down a little bit and to the side using the directional analogue stick. Now all you have to do is keep kicking and punching the enemy until all the life is lost. This may take a couple of goes because the enemy does break free of the hold.

TIP: Before getting your teammate to hold the enemy I would first get his life down to the stage where only one or two punches will kill him. This is a great tip because you should defeat the enemy 1st time before he breaks free of the grip. You can also use a lightning bolt to get the last bit of life off of the enemy.
